Small condo remodels require just as much planning and precision as larger projects — sometimes more. This Boca Raton condo is currently in progress, and these photos capture the build phase, not the finished product.
Rather than waiting for the final reveal, we like to show what quality construction actually looks like while it’s happening.

This project is a full interior remodel of a small condo in Boca Raton. At this stage, our focus is on layout, structure, and prep — the parts of the job that matter most long-term but are often hidden once finishes go in.
Working within a condo environment means tight access, coordination with building requirements, and careful sequencing to keep the project moving smoothly.
Kitchen Remodel – Layout & Rough Work
The kitchen is being fully reworked to improve functionality and flow within the condo. Right now, the emphasis is on proper layout, rough-ins, and prep work that will support the final cabinetry, finishes, and appliances.
In smaller condos, the kitchen often anchors the entire space, so getting the foundation right is critical.
Bathroom Updates, New Flooring Prep & Added Room
In addition to the kitchen work, this remodel includes:
A bathroom renovation, currently in progress
New flooring throughout, with prep underway
An added room, increasing usable living space within the condo
Adding a room inside an existing condo footprint takes careful planning, coordination, and attention to detail — especially in South Florida properties.
Why We Share Projects Mid-Build

Construction isn’t just about the finished photos. The quality of a project is built during these stages — demo, framing, rough-ins, and prep.
Sharing work-in-progress photos gives clients a clear picture of how we build, what we prioritize, and why doing things the right way matters.

SPS Group Construction has experience navigating the unique challenges of condo remodels, including access restrictions, HOA coordination, inspections, and tight workspaces.
We’ll share the finished results once this project is complete. Until then, this is a look at the process that makes those results possible.
